Principles of economics, finance and governance underlie the advisory work of GPAC, tempered by practical experience in a wide range of industries and sectors.
Each engagement begins with attentive listening and consideration of the goals and aspirations of the client. Clients nearly always have much more profound understanding of the markets in which they operate, and this detail must be well understood and validated as a prerequisite to any advisory work.
Quantitative and accurate financial information is the backbone of the analytical work done in each engagement. Often the engagement begins with helping the company organize and validate their accounting figures. Nevertheless, GPAC seeks to consider all factors and information relevant to the specifics of each case, including those which are harder to quantify but which assist in an accurate understanding of the business and its markets.
While the ownership and top management lead the process and exposition of the case, incorporating the views of other key collaborators is highly encouraged, as it allows for a wider and more robust understanding of the current situation and future possibilities.
The product of the advisory services in most cases are plans based on projections of what is expected to happen in the future. We always consider several distinct scenarios, as experience shows that the best plans always consider a range of possible outcomes.
Our advisory often requires the services of additional specialists, whose specific contributions are complementary and validate key aspects of the final product. We seek to always closely coordinate with these partners to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

Mr. Glenn Peebles, President of GPAC, is a seasoned leader in management, finance, and strategy. With a rich background spanning multinationals to homegrown Brazilian enterprises, Mr. Peebles has adeptly steered through diverse corporate landscapes, from publicly traded companies to private and family-owned ventures.
His mastery in finance and capital markets is underscored by a stellar track record of orchestrating operations to secure long-term capital, boasting involvement in transactions exceeding USD 1.7 billion internationally and over R$6.2 billion within the Brazilian capital market.
Mr. Peebles' career has traversed various sectors of the economy, with recent notable contributions in agro-industrial and forestry export domains, alongside roles in finance, industry, energy, and sustainability initiatives. His adaptability renders him a prized asset in Brazilian and global enterprises alike, particularly in roles bridging Brazil's economy with the international arena.
Glenn has a PhD in Economics from the University of Illinois in the US, and is a CFA Charterholder since 2005. Dedicated to fostering sustainable business practices, Mr. Peebles possesses extensive expertise in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles and Compliance, with a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on experiences.
He recently began to act as a board director, and was certified with the CCA IBGC (Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance), signaling his intent to extend his influence across corporate boardrooms in the future.
